I just finished watching One outs and Giant killing, is there any other sports anime like these that rely on "strategy" ? I don't like shonens so not stuff like we're bad but we get better through hard work!

No other sports anime come to mind. If games work, I recommend Akagi.

Yeah it's in my list but im not sure i'll be able to understand mah-jong. I read the thirD part of kaiji which was about it and didnt understand anything

baby steps and crossgame are both solid, imo.
