i can't believe they let Funamation do the dub for such a huge movie, it sounded pretty bad.

I didnt watch the dubbed. But man its a somber sad show

the movie is great.
there's a reason why it became the #1 most grossing anime film worldwide.
Also #4 in the most grossing movies just in japan. (still couldn't beat out Spirited Away, Titanic or how popular Frozen became over there though)

which kind of surprised me since i was expecting a dub that might have had some thought put into and a decent budget.
but nope, just your standard Funimation below average dub with people reading a script and unable to really ACT out the roles.
