Stopped at episode 346. Are the filler episodes worth watching, especially the last ones?

Eh 364 is cannon, it gets back into main story for a good run at 362. They're fighting the ten tails ffs not too hard to identify naruto fillers. You can generally tell because the people they're fighting in fillers are random as fuck and super one dimentional

460-468 (backstory for the awesome characters 'Otsutsuki' )

That list says 484-500 are cannon but it's all based on spinoff manga etc, can't really comment on sasuke+shikamaru story but looked shit
For hidden leaf story only need to watch 494+500 for a bit of closure, the ones in the middle are just a bit of fun if you want more naruto. Made me not hate a certain female character at least!
