what episode of brotherhood starts up where FMA left off? I don't wanna watch the same shit over again, brotherhood just doesn't seem right after watching FMA

Just watch it from the beginning. It's better.

I've already watched episode 1-51 on original FMA, I really don't want to go back through and watch the same shit on brotherhood... I've watched about 5 episodes into brotherhood and it's like the same thing as original just a little more comedic, I prefer the seriousness of the original FMA

e/ though I would like to see both ed and al get their bodies back(and know the story leading up to it)

Its a different story pretty much it follows the manga so should just start at the beginning

the beginning 20 or so episodes are similar, but you need to watch it over because they add a little bit of new stuff in the early eps. So skipping will make you miss out

If you prefer the seriousness of the original, dont watch brotherhood. It's good, but the original is better, darker, and if wont feel like you're just rewatching a series. If you want to watch it anyways, suck it up and watch from the beginning.
