This is a 'manga' from China I believe. To be honest this is my most favorite style of art.

The story line is amazing. The daughter or the niece of an uprooted Emperor survives the slaughter of her family and starts her story of revenge.
The art is amazing, the talk/intelligence is amazing, the characters are amazing..... Read it.
It is a manga, not an anime.
