I watched ichigo kill aizen lose his powers then I watched the full bring stuff ( briefly )

Because I think after he lost his powers it was mainly filler. Has the main story started up again ? From where he lost his powers I mean and if so please tell me when.

I don't read the manga I just watch the show

Goku used his spirit bomb finally and blew up the real world, spirit world and all other dimensions.
Last episode was literally 23 minutes of pure white screen with no sound.

Him losing his power and getting it back is not a filler. The anime ended when he got the powers back and defeated gingo or whatever his name
Manga continued on afterwards, but since you don't read the manga. Stop after rukia disappeared since that's IMO the real ending to the god forsaken manga

I haven't read it but I heard the quincy war and everything was pretty interesting. It's supposedly going to end next year (the manga) and the rumor is that the anime will resume after it's finished.

Not worth the time. ATM for the war, ichigo's screentime is like 1/20 of the time and no interesting fights.
It's basically all BAM my best attack! next chapter NOPE I blocked it. next chapter BAM here's my counter attack! next chapter BAM reinforcements/another counter attack to the counter attack
