the Anime of the same series is airing at the same time?
It's like spoiling everything to yourself, and ruining the Anime.

for example:
right now Tokyo ghoul is airing, and people read the manga at the same time.
it's like you'll know what will happen at episode 2.. and u wont enjoy it as much as u would have before.

explain me plx

ur forgetting the blatantly obvious fact that they are instead enjoying it in the manga
and then if they like it enough they get to enjoy it again visually

Manga is a different experience from anime
Manga has it's own magical properties that entices people
Same reason people prefer some novels over their respective movies

Honestly, that's like saying oh no, you read the manga naruto, bleach, one piece already. What's the point in watching the anime that came out a year after the series?
I like to read the manga and see the fighting scenes and whatnot in motion.
It's similar to asking why people read the harry potter book and then watching the movie, you know how it ends and all the good scenes
