the anime im trying to find:
it has a male boy transfer to a new school and just about everywhere he looks
som1 has animal ears on the student council president I believe is what he was
gave the boy a rare pair of animal ears in turn dragging him into one of his
contests or something where he has to give the most popular girl the ears
but male students are chasing him and in the middle of running one of the
bullies I guess catches up to him but a little bird beats the crap out of him
that's about all I got so if anyone can tell me the name to this anime plz tell me
