Not that I am aware of, there was a lot of speculation that the OVA series was going to be R3 continuing from where R2 ended. Other than that there is no news as to an R3.

Which quite frankly I don't think there should be an R3, feel like the way it was all ended should be left alone.

I have not heard anything of Maria Holic having another season either.

What the hell is there left to do? the way it ended seemed to me to be complete. Lelouch destroyed his family and turned the world towards peace.. Seems like the story should be over..

IF there is ever something to look forward to it would be a new season of Kaze no stigma.
