Death Note, Sword Art Online, Mirai Nikki, Steins;Gate, Ergo Proxy, Shingeki no Kyojin, Aesthetica of a rouge Hero, Rosario Vampire (and Capu 2), and Deadman Wonderland.

Fate Zero but don't watch FSN since a remake is coming out soon.

When is the remake supposed to come out? I was planning FSN at some point relatively soon!

'Remake' is based on a different route. Totally different plot and ending. original fsn is still worth the watch.

try black bible. Covers basically all genres you enjoy.

Code Geass and Fate Zero/SN are the two best there in my opinion. Though since you dislike Mecha, watch Code Geass one first, and Fate after(to fix any possible disappointment from it being Mecha). It's still an amazing anime, whether it's mecha or not. Give it a shot.
