When is this set? Because yugi appears to have his Millennium Puzzle again, so I was wondering if it was set back a bit before the last series ended?

Téa also sees Atem, and Yugi sees him in his dream, and is this possible because it's before the end of the previous seasons? As Atem was.. released by their battle, and Yugi gave up his Millennium Puzzle as well.
