I just realized after watching hundred of thousands animes that alot of teens dont have parents. For example Lucy from elfen lied go on a killing rampage because her parents aren't there to guide her. Also watching Railgun right now and im like where the hell is biri biri's mom bro.
Only anime where I've seen parents in was Code Geass.
