Well sega laid off 100 american workers. So i'm sorry pso2 will never come out in america or western, but don't worry you can play with an english patch. (Yes it will be in japanese with english subs) The game is free and worth it here is all the information on how to play. there are atleast 100,000 english players (not just the states around the world) The game is good and free just takes a little time.

Don't worry all of the things you have to downloads are safe I checked myself and use myself I play this game everyday and just wanted more people to join and play. Once you get everything downloaded and your sega id go to "ship 2" and all the english players are in block 20 they can help you out in game or just pm me and I can do my best, or just post at pso-world. well there you go if you are interested.

Hmmm, PSO2 recently had an issue where a patch would erase your entire harddrive for no apparent reason and they had to send a mass refund/apology letter about it while people lost a lot of money/data.

Sounds like a good idea. I lucked out and avoided it.

The amount of workers canned were undisclosed in the recent layoff but was said to be small, so where ever you got that number could be wrong. (Sega also recently bought Atlus so that could be part of the reason, 140m is a lot of money to dish out)

Saying the game will never come out is just your opinion, sorry but games do get delayed and do go quite sometimes it's just another flaw in the gaming/localization.
Also saying there's 100k players while there's really no way to prove that is pushing it, I actually wouldn't be surprised if the actual number was less than half that.





Well i didn't hear of anyones whole HD being erased, but losing a few GB\s worth of info is still really bad.
it was funny when i read about it and people were saying it was erasing other games they had installed, maybe it only wanted people to play PSO2 XD
