why wouldn't they make a s2, just rewatched for the like 3rd time , I read the manga, I don't see a single reason why they wouldn't make season 2. Im baffled

i was reading your post and i dont see a single reason why you're not an anime producer investing money in continuing ended series. it only costs ~150k$ per episode, so it's pretty affordable (compared to, say, the live action 24).

1. Intensely violent anime limits the demographic. Notice how claymore, gantz, attack on titan, etc. are all two seasons or less? It works for manga because production costs are way cheaper but it's hard to make money off such anime.

2. It's been too long since the anime came out. Much of the target audience will have moved on. New viewers wont understand whats happening. It would need a reboot which is even less likely due to 1.
