Worth watching?

If i haven't played any of the games will it be hard to understand?

worth watching
and you don't have to play the game to understand
nor do you have to watch the "pre-quel"

everything is revealed from the anime slowly but surely. so there's no worries of "hey am i missing out something from the game?"
