Watching it right now but my friend told me to watch this one instead of other Hellsing

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two?

the dialogue in the abridged is much more sexual than this one

Ultimate > Standard in every single way imaginable lol. Watch em both imo, but the original doesn't compare.
