starts out with a girl just living her life(of course..) then at knight this guy comes out and fights a dragon claims its heart and puts it into this giant machine and he drives it like a gundam

his brother is a villain who lost his arm and got it replaced with something I don't know

the girl has a pendant what can sense people or something

the guy also has secret wings

if anyone has what its called it would be greatly appreciated

The only show where I recall any had secret wings is DN Angel, but it's so many years ago I've watched it so cant really remember the story though

thank you I actually ended up finding it

it was so long ago I couldn't give much information all I rememberd was he fought a dragon and he had wings and a giant mecha

then after I watched it I rememberd the cat girl the invisiable mechas
