Both are powerful lvl 10 over susasno Users, but it seems Eren Jeager has been able to somehow morph with his susano into a deformedlike'd ghoulish creature. So he may have the edge. Eren has also yet to reveal his Mangekyou Sharingan power, so this will be an interesting battle for the ages.

Eren's Advantage:
Weakness still a mystery to Sasuke
Unlimited Chakra to regenerate
The Scary Face of a ghoulishlike creature from your nightmare itself

Sasuke's Advantage:
Protected by the plot armor
Ability to pull new jutsus out of Kishi's asshole
