I'm on episode 10 right now, and so far the story line is dull and the action is getting too repetitive

Sorta but it will stay being repetitive
Big bad shows up. Main characters too weak. Power up -> win fight. Repeat. So pretty much like most shounen.
But it does get way better than the first 10 episodes.

Dont start it, its so much childish, more than all the welknown shonnen.. At first it may look good, but after sometime, it become lame, sooo lame, always the same things happening, always and always. It became so much bad

its only fun to watch cause of its comedy the story is meh the character development is meh

and basically its this.

I like it but what the others have said is kind of true I like the action + comedy factor but if you're looking for an anime with in depth character development or a complex story line then you may as well stop watching now

if you want to see lucy's tits grow throughout the series then yes.

they are getting bigger.
