wanted to start watching this again but dont know where to start

i dont really want to watch goku as a kid or on his planet i want to start somewhere around when he has gohan and is about to fight vegeta been years need help finding were this is or should i just start to watch from the start again

db -> dbz or kai (kai is the same stuff but less drag) -> gt (kinda like fanfic mostly, not included in the manga)
personally only read the manga (in the 90s) and watched gt.. gt was very shitty.

start with tfs.

the entire saiyan saga is compressed to 1 hr

2 DBZ/DBZ kai (basically no stalling, but first for a first time watcher i'd go with the original DBZ)
3 DBZ movies
4 DB GT

Kinda hard to take this seriously, I don't understand how people can watch this at times .
