heat exhaustion so easy in animes? I can stay in a 95 degree shower for about 20 minutes and not really feel it, but in animes they are in like 80 degrees for five minutes and they pass out >.>

If you live in sub 0 degree weather and go to somewhere like florda, you would be sweating like a pig due to your body not being use to it.
And also
its a tv show O_O

I dislike hot showers. To me the showers my gf takes are freakin burning, for her mine are cold, but to me they feel comfortably warm.

I hope you mean Fahrenheit and not Celsius
