Shounens are really annoying, especially when everyone you beat up suddenly become your friend or pays you back a favor they owe you. And NO OTHER SHOUNEN does it better than Code Breaker, it's even worse in this case since they're all murderers like Oogami.
It also really doesn't help that Sakura is righteous and yet she hangs out with the worse kind of killers.
And like Extz says Kamijyo Akimine can't draw males for shit.
TL;DR The plot doesn't follow any kind of normal human behavior.
