I just remembered that when I was a kid I watched this anime. Must've been about 15 years ago or so.
It was about some eskimo kid, well he was a teenager, and his mission throughout the series was to hunt down this legendary polar bear or something.
Does it ring any bells for anyone?

not really an anime, was made in canada. Nothing good can come from that.

Anime means cartoon in French. In some parts of Canada, their primary language is French.

Yes Canadians speak French but French cartoons are not Anime even Canada don't consider it anime.
