is Serial Experiments: Lain worth watching?

the beginning of the first episode had me hooked.

not sure on the other show, i remember watching an episode or two but wasnt in the mood for that genre type at the time.

lain is imo one of the best anime out there
but you will have to wait until the last episode to fully understand it
btw if you like these two youll probably also like haibane renmai its made by the same designer
