I've never seen the anime... does this follow the manga closely? (I mean few/no fillers and near same storyline?)

I have seen the first 2 seasons 2 times and I have read the manga 2 times

Check on Manga updates. They usually have this sort of thing.
If I remember correctly season 2 ends around chapter 90
