So Madara has the ability to dematerialise? But what skill does he use to suck people into his eye?
I remember he took Sasuke and Karin in his eye and there were some sort of square like stones in a world that seemed to exist only of that?

What kind of world is that?

Also why doesn't he just trap everyone in his eye if he wants to rule the world so much?

hrm simple its sharingan based

its not the same but itachi early on used a dimension based sharingan technique

sharingan is different for some users if not all

why he doesnt trap everyone is prolly due to something that can be called a limit.

the madara your speaking of is in fact Obito and the tech he is using is the same as Kakashi because the same set of eyes called Kamui
