Alright so....I recently went to SacAnime and while I was there they had a booth for these cat ears that reflected your state of focus. I couldn't believe that they actually existed so I tried them out. In short they does work and here is their name in case you want to look:

Necomimi (Originally I had a link here but I re read forum rules and Tessa didn't want to get in troubles)

Basically, the cat urrz goes on yer heads and using the sensor and metal clip that goes on your own set of urrz it reads the alpha and beta waves from your frontal lobe to determine your current level of focus. So...instead of just wearing a silly ol' headband with kitty urrz on it...you instead gets kitty urrz that reflect your current state of focus.

Bored = Cute flattened and drooped urrz.
Interested or surprised/focused = perked up urrz
Excited and in the zone = Twitchy mchappykitty

This has been Tessa's brief synopsis on the subject matter contained in Tessa's love of the Necomimi kitty urrz. I was super excited about them upon returning home....and I figured I would share teh excitements with teh JSP's. I even got to meet the creator of the product, he happened to be there to show us how they actually worked so we didn't assume they was just a motor that just chose functions at random. Helped us calibrate them for our heads...and walk around with them a bit. All in all it was a Tessa~Kitty filled day ^.^

Highly unlikely. They is like...100 dorrahs....Tessa is not made of monies! IF Tessa is in fact made of monies....then Tessa wants a kitty slave! o.-

must have a pair for the wife!!! also thats really neat from a science standpoint

if i had a girlfriend, i'd totally buy her some ears and a tail. Go ask TeaRs-. if you dont have one,make TeaRs- get one!

I couldn't very well make him quote that he would buy me kitty urrz. You was teh obvious choice. That or I could just make Viscosity or Homura get me some....-ponders-
