I still do not understand this as well.
If it was in the trading forums it would of been ok.
We are not in the trading forums.
And it is allowed for topics to use Alt codes is allowed in general. (Due to the international sub-forums)
And guess what is the audio for all of these animes?

all rules are global. just because someone posts an illegal trade outside the trading grounds it doesn't mean it's legal. the same goes for alt characters, they are not permitted in topic titles anywhere on d2jsp.

you guys have one of two choices, keep this on topic, or continue to disagree with why the previous thread was closed, the latter will only result in this being closed.
