i don't really care for stuff like clannad, if its a harem must have total awesomeness similar to hotd..i need action/story..not romance (quite a number of stuff i looked at were romances..) and i am just stuck..theres plenty of mech material but i don't really care for robots..i almost didn't watch code geass because of robots..any suggestions appreciated cause im stumped..

can be anime or manga..completed or not..as long as its good and new to me
