Ive got many prejudices against it, but many people tell me to watch it, does it worth to spend time on 60+ episodes or not?

Sure.
I've only watched about half of the original FMA but the remake, FMA: Brotherhood, is one of the best shounen anime I've seen.
Decide for yourself whichever you want to watch.

Definitely FMA Brotherhood worth it. Got also 25 volumes of manga in home :3

FMA:B is one of few animes I would give a 10/10. The soundtrack, animation, plot, voiceacting - everything is flawless. Definitely worth watching.
