There are obviously more, but I just listed some of the most popular/common ones because I couldn't list them all. Only personality stereotypes, not looks or other kinds of moe. I was wondering what type of characters people enjoy the most.

Guide:

Tsundere - easy to get angry/violent/hostile but they also have a soft side. It's also used for girls that start of being histile but end up becoming nice as time passes.
examples: Fujibayashi Kyou (Clannad), Shana (Shakugan no Shana)

Yandere - nice girl that shows devotion towards a certain character, as time passes this devotion grows to a point that makes turns her crazy, mentally unstable and hostile/violent
examples: Gasai Yuno (Mirai Nikki), Asakura Ryoko (Suzumiya Haruhi)

Yangire - same as the yandere, but they become crazy for reasons that have nothing to do with having feelings for another character
examples: Lange/Lunch (Dragon Ball), Ran (Urusei Yatsura)

Kudere - emotionless and cold girls, although they generally have feelings somewhere deep inside them. Sometimes they are alo sarcastic/cynical.
examples: Morino Ichigo (Onegai Teacher), Kawasumi Mai (Kanon)

Dandere - similar to the kuudere, they don't usually show emotions, but it's not because they're cold (in fact they are sweet), it's because they are extremely shy.
examples: Nagato Yuki (Suzumiya Haruhi -> only in the movie, she's a kuudere in the series), Fujibayashi Ryou (Clannad)

Genki - hyperactive girls, that no one can stop once they set themselves a goal. Sometimes they turn hostile towards people who get in their way, which can make them similar to the tsundere stereotype.
examples: Suzumiya Haruhi (Suzumiya Haruhi), Tainaka Ritsu (K-ON)

Doujiko - sweet/cute girls, but extremely clumsy
examples: Asahina Mikuru (Suzumiya Haruhi), Takara Miyuki (Lucky Star)

Bokkuko - manly girl
examples: Male Strom (Kore wa Zombie desu ka?), Shidou Mariya (Maria Holic)

childish moe type - idk if this has a proper name, I've seen a few names that could describe it, but I wasn't too sure which one was right so I just stuck to "childish". Basically, cute girls that act in a childish manner.
examples: Ibuki Fuko (Clannad), Hirasawa Yui (K-ON)

I know it's not 100% accurate and some parts are debatable, but it works as a general outline
