Well the only on-going show ive seen is Naruto.

I also liked Angel Beats, Code Geass, Guilty Crown, Darker than black, Samurai Champloo... etc etc.

watch it if you like skipping 6-8 min into an episode and stll get to listen to recaps and or useless information
