I've only seen the anime but want to continue reading the manga where the anime left off... I've gathered that Full Metal Panic Anime = Full Metal Panic Manga and that the beginning of Sigma Manga = TSR? Do I just continue reading Sigma then?

Also what are the light novels and what are the Overload and Surplus Mangas? Thanks!

Anything after TSR is light novel only. IIRC it picks up at Dancing Very Merry Christmas.

Oh I should mention. Light novels and anime tend to be quite different. If you enjoy reading I would suggest starting from the beginning. You'll will get a lot more immersion and detail.
