Synopsis

It's not.. Update your audio codecs or download the newest version of Mplayer2. Go to the commie website.. they tell you how to fix it. Or you can download the fixed version someone posted for commie subs. There is also a new version of Underwaters subs out as well.
There was something wrong with the broadcast or the raw. It is playable though.

I dun think any of the sites I sent you will be able to get the files under 200mb x.x aside from the worst one.. animedragon. God knows how horrible the quality is on theirs. But it can't be worse then streaming it >.<

I forgot this was released on Tuesday. I thought it was from last week. Now I have to wait until next week for next episode
