Is "Naruto the Movie: Blood Prison" out yet with subs? And is it possible to watch it somewhere, Im currently downloading "The lost towers"

Also the fillers... did they stop yet? If so what episode is it >.< I like stopped watching after a couple of them I lost track =/

Not sure about the movie, but I think the filler arc only has 1 more week or something, then back to canon.
