the other one closed because of age so i wanted to reopen

i have a question for all the watcher's of the show

i've had a big issue with the ending of season 2. i'm not on a rant or anything, just seeing if anyone knows more about this than me

last episode of season 2 Jimmy left child friends as if he were going away and never seeing them again. start watching season 3 as if none of that happened. i just started season 3 and i have googled this already. what happened after he drank Harley's elixer? is it talked about in a movie or magic files?

for now i just assume they didn't want to end the series just yet so they let it slip from people's minds
