Has anyone seen the anime, AND read the original books?
I don't mean the manga.
I mean the real hardcover books.

I LOVED these in elementary school so much, I bought the whole series in hardcover
To this day, I'm a junior in high school, these books still blow my mind.


So has anyone seen the anime and read the books?
I'd like to know if it's worth watching.

Not many people read books these days.
I doubt you've read all 15 books.
Each around 250 pages if I recall.

What does the color of the book have to do with anything?
Or are you trying to make a reference to "don't judge a book by its cover"?

I've read all of the books in the Deltora series (was a few years back though) and I have to say, I was really surprised that there was an anime too

Also, the colors on each of the book in the Deltora I series represents the color of the gem they're looking for in that book.
