Older anime reminds me of how much I love the artistic atmosphere of hand drawn anime coupled with powerful stories.
Last night, we watched the original 1984 Vampire Hunter D and tonight, it's 2000 Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. The storylines and artwork are mesmerizing. It's not perfect as like a lot of the CGI anime are, but the artwork packs a punch.
