When did you stop watching Boruto and come to that conclusion?
I hated watching it within 3-5 episodes of a spoiled brat that hated his father Naruto for doing his job ... shit, it was tedious and child tantrums ... well, I had to rewatch Boruto ... more episodes, it developed into combining the past (before Naruto and Shippuden) ... and Boruto is a descendant of the future after Naruto.
Yup, I haven't gone back to it after the villages trials for the next Ninja (or whatever they call it) grading ... however, I will revisit it as the episodes accumulate for me to binge watch with an open mind.
You should also try it out... you never know, ignoring the crap episodes, you may find some of the other episodes enjoyable.
