when he sealed his chakra into the 9tails+naruto it simply killed him

orochimaru didnt summon minato cause he couldnt

tobi is the other half of the 9tails chakra

So he didn't use this seal?

Didn't Minato seal the "Good half" of the foxes chakra, leaving only the Evil half in Naruto?

no its been confirmed by kabuto that ochi failed to summon the 4th while fighting the 3rd

it was explained when kabuto was explaining the ressurestion jutsu to madara

I actually never thought of it, but having Madaras brother summoned back would actually make sense to all the people who say that
I don't think there is any illusion type thing involving Madara using Obitos body or something, Obito was only constructed in 1 episode, and why of all people would he pick Obito?
I'm sure there were plenty of other Uchiha with a little more power than Obito for who he could use as a body
