The point is if he was the strongest ninja why did he have to do loads of experiments just to improve his tehs ! Itachi otherwise was just quite gifted whit his powers! ( orochimaru failed to get itachi body , failed to get sasuke body over all sharingan was no math for poor orochimaru)
