Just throwing this out there but didn't Orochimaru get extremely weak because he was very sick? I remember him always being in a bed coughing shit up, so I don't think he was ever at his prime strength during any of the series, so we can't really be sure exactly how strong he was, or what kind of jutsu he was hiding due to lack of chakra because of his illness.

Not choosing sides of Itachi/Ochi (Both are awesome) but I think that it's not fair to try and decide who was stronger. Wasn't Itachi also sick for that matter? So we can't really know for sure, but I'm fairly positive that Ochi was a lot more ill than Itachi

Ochi gets sick once every three years cause the body starts to rot but once he is in new body he is good itachi was permit sick

Well true but look, he was sick before he had his chance with sasuke, then he had to choose a random body, and almost immediately after he stated his body was failing because it couldn't handle it, so basically he got sick very quickly and basically only had a few weeks maybe a month at full strength, in which case we never saw him in a fight
