You shouldn't judge he's inexperienced, he look older than Shanks.

his powers are powerful, but he doesnt know how to use them yet, he just got both of them recently.

Another epic chapter.. to be honest i cant understand why Shanks is so so so overpowered.. i cant belived its just becuase of the haki. Honcock was proly added to teach luffy how to use Haki. And about zorro vs luffy.. if luffy learn how to inbue hes body parts/fist whit haki its definetly hes victory. He will be able to stop zorro bare handed.
