You should watch Baccano!, Welcome to the NHK!, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, the Kara no Kyoukai movies, Hellsing (original TV series and OVA) and if you want a good laugh, watch Nichijou and Seto no Hanayome

ok, so Im looking for a anime (horror i believe).

It's the standard, boy meets girl, boy girl falls in love. girl cuts of boys head and goes to sea with it, u know the usual stuf.
