ok maybe we have different opinions but
1st hokage was considered "best" back in his time because there was literally
ZERO shinobi who could stand up against him excluding madara
so 3rd hokage obv win

Yamato who is incredible strong said his wood style is fucking pathetic compared to the 1st
Kakuzu said he fought the 1st and he got slammed ez

I can't think of anyone else, but it doesnt matter
No one is stronger then Madara atm besides maybe naruto and sasuke and its the weakest hes ever been
The 1st hokage slammed Madara WHEN HE HAD THE KYUUBI EASY and was at his strongest
