That is literally what I was watching while I posted that, I heard it picks up after episode 52, Currently on 34 it's goofy so far, and the main character has had no power ups besides the one on episode 5 or around there.

And that show is beyond goofy

Because of the second half of tha anime, it made it to my top 10. Never expected it to go near that lol.

Any order really
Railgun is a spinoff from Index so you can start with whichever you want and then go for the other one.
so you could do
Index > Railgun > Index II
Index > Index II > Railgun
Railgun > Index > Index II
