I do wonder if Ichigo's hollow form is the result of that bite. :/ Hopefully we'll find out next chapter.

His mother was attacked by a hollow thus he got the powers, the bite probably has no effect of it. The lost agent arc (fullbringer) even brought this up, all for this fight. ^_^

That explained his fullbring powers, not his hollow form.
