also minato didnt just "move so fast" he teleported with sealing techniques and the "flying thunder god" kunais

tbh.....if this display between raikage and naruto is anything to go by.....the raikage would win

naruto surpassed jiraiya (pretty sure i remember someone saying that) and naruto doesnt seem to have the upper hand right now and he also has the fox

i think Jiraiya would slam the raikage, and im no jiraiya fanboy im a raikage fanboy lol

jiraiya = high chakra levels
raikage = kyubi high chakra levels

jiraiya = sage speed
raikage = just raped narutos sage/tails combo speed

both have a shit ton of experience

hurts me to admit it since i was a jiraiya fanboy lol

Raikage doesn't have Kyuubi chakra levels, he has bijuu levels
The chakra in Naruto is only the Yang chakra, half the of the true fox, no one is even close to the full power of the fox
Naruto has yet to combine his sage and tailed fox mode together, and still the 9 tailed modes speed wasn't raped but merely matched, naruto has barely trained with it

+Jiraiya is very cool headed, and a lot smarter + He can summon huge ass toads and shit
