the raikage isnt as as strong as naruto nor bee (just my thoughts)

I know Jiraiya is the strongest imo

You can't put raikage in cos we have only seen him in 1 fight

Jiraiya is the strongest imo because he had the most chakra out of the Sanin, he could use senjutsu and his taijutsu was incredible

but he was not able to kill Nagato... Imo raikage is almost at the same level as bee.

Don't forget he actually killed 3 pains but they just got brought back to life cos he didn't know the secret of them
Nagato even said himself the only reason he survived was because Jiraiya didnt know
They also said the only reason so much was even revealed about Pain was because only Jiraiya would have survived so long against such a strong enemy with no info


And Raikage and Bee i reckon are the same power wise

every time we seen him fight he was weak as fuck but for when he killed the 3rd

he was fucking smart he built a huge underground network made his own village, etc .. he is obv the strongest he took on 4 tail naruto at like 1/4 his str cause body dieing
