I'm not underestimating Tsunade, shes pretty strong for a kunoichi and is good at healing etc, but compared to the Raikage for fucks sake shes about as good as Ino haha

We haven't seen his true power yet, he Liger Bombed sasuke with lvl 1 lightning armour, if he had lvl 2 lightning armour when he liger bombed him, Sasuke would be dead

raikage is dope cuz hes a big black guy well minato used sealing techniques to teleport he didnt just move fast, i think sasuke would have lived cuz he used susanoo to protect him

naruto has sage mode, rasengan, the wind rasengan, mass clones (although kinda useless) and control of his biju aswell

naruto isnt dumb either, when he faught neji way back at the chuunin exams he outsmarted him. hes just not shikamaru level
